Mike the technician did fine and was very considerate. The process leading up to him being here, however, was not good. Also, the call center apparently ordered the wrong seal for around the windshield. That caused him to not have the correct piece when he got here. I spoke with Jessica at the office and he did come back the same day, however, there was more aggravation than needed.
