Technician was amazing! Courteous, professional and friendly and explained what he was doing.
Schedulers in the other hand not so much at all and they double booked on Saturday when that was the initial appt time. I had to call at 1:30 and then was told it was rescheduled to Monday. So I basically wasted my Saturday waiting and no one bothered to call me and let me know it was rescheduled.
