2nd time this tech has replaced a windshield for us. Does good work if our luck continues we may see him next year for a replacement on another vehicle.

You quote a 5 hour window for the technician to show up which is unacceptable but then he was 1 1/2 hours late. If you can’t schedule better than that you need a personnel overhaul.
