The receptionist was very polite and was able to schedule me in quickly, they were also able to inform me and keep me updated with the time frame of the techs arrival. Very nice to get a call from tech when in route. The tech that showed up was very professional. I'm highly satisfied with the job that was done and how everything else went

The time frame range of 6 hours was way too long. 11am -5:00pm was my time slot and my guy came at 4:35. Other than the extreme long wait the the repair work was excellent and our service guy was very nice. Maybe the day of you could text or call with a better time frame.

I am satisfied with the repair that was done to my car window, however, I was not happy with the road it took to get there. Abra advertises that they can come to your car to fix it, no matter where you are. So, I only had 1 day off in the week and made the appt for the technician to come to my house while I could get other important work done & have other appts come to my house. Right at the time of my scheduled appt window, the technician called to say that because of the weather, I had to come into the shop, instead of him coming to me. (It was sunny & 35 degrees.) At no time did the scheduler who booked my appointment tell me in advance that weather could play a part in the appt. The technician said he couldn't work on my car outside in weather below freezing. Your schedulers need to advise customers that they either need a space inside to work on the car or they may have to come in, when they book the appt. (I did not have enough space in my garage for the work to take place.) The other issue was that Abra had previously serviced my car in April. I asked that they NOT schedule me with the same initial technician that I had in April (it took 2 visits to fix, the 2nd technician did an incredible job.) So, I didn't want to use the 1st technician again. Of course, this time, when I get to the shop that the technician is at, I realize it's the same guy initial guy, and I have no recourse. The scheduler who booked my appt. never made an effort to get a different technician on my claim. Having said that, this time the technician did a decent job. Thank you for listening.
