I had a 9am appointment and the doors did not open til 9:10. When I mentioned this to the employee, she was rude and dismissive saying “ I was here at 9:05” as if it’s acceptable to open the doors 10 min late. She offered no apology for her tardiness. I can’t help but wonder if she would have been on time if she had skipped stopping at Starbucks, which she was drinking.
Whoever helped me in the phone scheduling my appointment was extremely helpful and patient. The windshield was installed in less than 2 hours. Overall positive experience except for dropping off my car.

This was the easiest experience I may have ever delt with as far as having something integral to my life being fixed. He called to prep me for his estimated arrival, then called just prior to the time he had given earlier, simply to give me a 15 minute warning, then arrived promptly 15 minutes later, He was incredibly friendly, informative and trustworthy. Your call center folks need to understand the products better. I told the phone rep that I did not have a rain sensing windshield, they debated me. When the installer showed up they had a rain sensing windshield and low and behold it was wrong.
