Call Center: absolutely the worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my life! I called on July 2nd and spoke to Elizabeth. She spoke way too fast and did not explain the process. I was under the impression that I’d have the windshield replaced the next day.
I called on July 3rd when another lady explained that the windshield was on back order and would take some time. I wasted a whole day sitting at home without a rental car. At no point did anyone offer to arrange the rental thru my insurance as is repeated on the hold message.
On July 9th, I received a voicemail that my windshield was in. I called to schedule the appointment but needed to sign the camera waiver as I was going to have the work completed at the dealership.
On July 10th, I received and signed the waiver within one hour. The waiver asked me to call right away for an appointment to schedule replacement. I called and the gentleman said that the windshield wasn’t in.
No one from Abra reaches out so I have country insurance call on July 15th. She informs me that Abra has me scheduled for the 17th. The problem is that no one from Abra actually contacted me, the client! I am not available on the 17th.
I reschedule for the 22nd. I am supposed to receive a call from Abra in the morning by 9:30. At 10, I call the call center and he says that he has left a message for my technician who should call me in 10-15 minutes. I did not receive that call. I have country financial call to get an eta. She finds out it will be in the 2-4 window. I received a call from the technician and he needs my address as he was given an incorrect address.
Now do you see why I will never use ABRA ever again and why I will not recommend Abra to anyone and with the lack of organization, I do not expect a response.

Communication was poor. Scheduling was a nightmare. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. They close at 5/30 pm.not convenient if you work. On the plus side, someone agreed to stay and wait after we explained the issues we had.
