Jason was very professional. When he called to let me know he was on his way I asked that he not ring the doorbell as my toddler was napping. Not only did he not ring the doorbell but he instead called my cell so he didn't disturb him at all. The job looks perfect and the finishing was supurb. Job well done!! Thank you so much!

I scheduled my appointment time frame for eleven to four. I received a text reminder the day before at seven pm stating my appointment time was between eight and one. I immediately called Abra and was sent to voicemail. I received a call from the repairman on the appointment day saying he'd arrive at my house at one thirty, which was perfect. Then I received a text at nine eighteen saying I was the next appointment. Repairman called and said ABRA was rearranging my appointment time. I told him that didn't work and luckily, he was able to accommodate me to an appointment within my schedule time frame.
