The scheduling process is a nightmare. The automated emails are wrong, wrong date, wrong time. CSR on the phone argued with me that no one serves my area after Noon, when I had an appointment set between 12 and 4.
Jeremiah was a lovely bright spot in all this. He was very pleasant and eager to please. Happy to have a little chit chat while waiting for the reciept to come up on his devise. He deserves a gold star.

I am happy with my windshield; however, on my drive home, my hood started to open and I had to quickly (and dangerously) switch lanes to pull off on the shoulder of interstate 94 to close my hood since the technician did not close it. This could have caused damage to my vehicle or caused an accident so I am not happy about that.
