The actual repair was fantastic. The multiple calls and phone issues were not good. Initial call was 20 minutes. The call back after confirming insurance coverage was a connection that continually dropped. I had to ask for the conversation to be repeated almost every topic. Not sure if it was the headset or wires but very irritating. I mentioned it to the customer service rep. Not that he was not aware if it as he had to continually repeat himself and hear me say--"you have dropped off". But the actual repair process today could not have been better. Call before; arrive when promised; explained and fixed. Great technician
