When I went to drop off my vehicle, they had no record of my appointment, even though i had received a confirmation text the night before. They eventually found my appointment, but it took them 40 minutes to do so. I got a call several hours after I dropped off my vehicle asking if I had dropped off my vehicle. They acted like they had no clue where it was. When I picked my van up, I had to call a number to make payment, and I was told that I would be directly connected to a representative to pay, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes. My windshield looks great though, and the staff in store were very courteous

The installer was very understanding when I couldn't find my keys to pull the car out of the garage. He replaced the glass inside.
The only thing is that I didn't receive notification prior to his arrival. He said the shop should have sent a message. The only message I received was a reminder the night before of my upcoming appt. No big deal, it just would have been nice.

Doesnt even look like it was repaired thought it was going to be replaced because of the location of the chip. Dissappointed with the entire experience! Your right on top looking for a great review. I didnt even have my car back to see the work because it was at the body shop for repairs.
