Our installer had the most refreshing comment at competition of the job. He said he never asks anyone to rate him a ten, yet rather asks that we just be honest and give him the rating we felt he really deserved. I had an appointment at my work parking lot. When the technician got there he said my car couldn’t be done in the lot. Said Audis usually take more time and should be done in the shop. The person sitting at the appointment should have known that ahead of time. Also when I was coming back to get my car the shuttle service wasn’t available, expectations were not set at the dealership about shuttle and times.
