I was disappointed in the finish details.

This was my first experience with abra and my last experience. My technician that came out was beyond rude! To start, they called me this morning to let me know my 2hour window time frame; which I thought was considerate! The time frame was from 2-4pm. At 1:30 it started sprinkling rain and I don't have a garage. The technician called me at 2:00pm and cancelled my appointment and said someone will call me to reschedule and basically rushed me off the phone.. At around 2:00 I noticed that it stopped raining, so I called the customer service line to let the lady know that I would like him to still come out. She put me on hold and called the technician to let him know that I still want my appointment. I felt like I had to fight to keep my appointment! She then tells me that he would be there in 10-15 minutes. As I patiently wait for him- he tells me to move my car since it was near a puddle; which was fine. However, it was his attitude that was so rude and how he told me to move my car. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. And after I moved my car, he got out of his van and told me it would be an hour until it was finished, and basically told me to leave! After he got done which was 1 hour and 15 minutes he then tried to be nice to me, and at that point it was too late! I didn't want to say nothing to him right there because I was afraid he wouldn't have completed his job. But I would like to let you know that I also went on Facebook and instagram to tell people about my experience- all because of your technician!

The technicial spent lots of time cleaning glass debris---appreciated that.

Jerimiah was the installer for my windshield. He was great! Called ahead of time and was both cordial and professional. Installed my windshield perfectly and In a very reasonable amount of time. Gave me clear instructions on how to care for my glass since it was newly installed. I highly recommend Abra and their people. Thank you for the terrific experience. David Fritz
