I am very satisfied with the workmanship. The fact that your mobile unit could not come to my office parking lot was inconvenient. We I arriveed at your local shop they acted and said they were completely surprised and know one knew I was coming and wanted to proces me for another appointment. So I explained I called the local direct number and a scheduler set up everything. That went well. The payment arrangements were not conveyed accurately, but it just happened to work out that I happen to have my checkbook, but was pa planning to use my cc. The texts I received were spot on! The conversation with the tech was spot on. The lack of communication with the local office almost last your business today. I became VERY concerned about the workmanship at that point. It turned out fine. You could do the job today was the only reason I stayed. I still don't understand why you could not service my minivan at 4210 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19898. Location and communication and the lack of knowledge will make you my second choice next time. Bottom like is the broken link between your call center and Newport DE office.

Matt was an awesome technician! Experienced, professional, and impressively fast yet still mindful of every detail. He is someone any employer would be lucky to have on their team and deserves a raise. Both the experience (convenience, timeliness, respectfulness, etc.) and the final service (windshield installed and returned almost exactly the way it was) were 5 stars.
