They had to get a special windshield, but finally thanks to Brian who puts the glass in and Fred at Customer service they were able to get the correct windshield. Matt came and installed the windshield. All your personal - from customer service to installers were knowledgable, polite and helpful. Thank you please thank your personal they did a great job!

First, it took more than 40 minutes to pay for my car and get my keys back and it was OVER 24 hours since they were finished with my car AND I had called 2 hours prior to let them know my husband was coming in to pay. Second, the cap that hides my key hole on the drivers door is missing and I’ve NEVER uncapped or used that key hole since I’ve owned the car! It is a keyless entry, along with a key fob to unlock and open the door. I would like the cap replaced. Third, the inspection and emissions stickers glass was horribly removed with broken and cracked glass along with a lame taped border. The stickers expire in December, so now I have to drive around with the hazardous mess on my dashboard for the next 8 months. I could have replaced my windshield elsewhere for less money but figured I was dealing with a reputable, professional company.

All though I am not a fan of the Large 8 AM TO 4PM Appointment window . ( I totally wasted my morning and early afternoon . ) I was very impressed with the professionalism of your technician Daniel W. His work is top shelf , and very professional . My appointment was changed three times from my initial phone call . On the first conformation , I was told that the tech would phone 30 minutes prior to arrival . This did not happen in this case . The first that I heard from the tech was when he was sitting in my driveway . It was thru my son-in-law that ABRA was recommended . He had used your services two times in the past. I have to agree that the work was done right . Jim C .

When standing in front of my car and looking at it, the molding at the bottom left corner didn't fully seal. While test driving, air was easily heard flowing into the car from that corner of the windshield. I contacted Jim directly, and he'll be coming back at his convenience to revisit this.

The tech claimed Safelite must have broke the cover to the condensation sensor because he had to glue it and put some tape on it but if that had been the case Safelite would have had to have glued it also and they did not, so now if I need to replace the glass ever again does that mean I also need to replace my mirror and cover. He also dropped glue on my setup button on my radio and I could not push on the button and I noticed he left the blade on the floor on the front passenger side so I picked it up and used it to stripped the glue beneath the button and was able to push the button but still have glue in the button I cannot get rid off. I will never use your company again and I will tell my coworkers, friends and family of my experience. My regret is that I did not wait for Safelite to have an opening to fix my windshield. You got my money once never again.

Your receptionist in the mornimg was clueless. She could not tell us,why you missed your appointment time and took several attempts to get through to her that we were a customer exoectinv service today as you had promised. She presented an extremely poir portrait of who you are. The installation went fine.
