I WAS completely satisfied with the installation service I received. However, I am deeply annoyed and troubled by the totally shady use of my phone number provided online ONLY for the purpose of scheduling an appointment. In fact, I never even received a phone call to schedule my service - I had to call in the next day and schedule it myself because no one responded to my online appointment request. I DID, however, receive about half a dozen telemarketing "scam" calls trying to peddle insurance, warranties and who knows what else (I didn't answer most due to caller ID notifying me they were suspicious, scam or telemarketing numbers). I was so dumbstruck by the unusually upswing in these calls that I visited the ABRA.com user info privacy policy page and discovered that you are automatically opted-in to receive whatever third party marketing B.S. these jokers want to push. That is NOT a socially acceptible form of receiving informed consent to use and abuse your customers personal info! There isn't even a radio button to allow you to verify you have consulted and agree to terms of privacy policy (and there shouldn't be - you shouldn't have to read a long policy statement to simply request an appointment...). I will NEVER provided my info online again to ANYONE I'm not positive won't do this). Again, product & service were PERFECT - would definitely use again, and plan to for other car service needs. 5 STARS there.

First of all I called customer service to make an appointment. The two was having trouble getting info from the local office and I am ok with that, but do not tell me you are going to call me back in 5 minutes. I had to call back after a few hours. They did not give me a timeframe and found out the hard way our car would be sitting there all day. Lastly the job has been done which was done great. Very clean and looks wonderful, however we paid when we picked up the car and now I get a voicemail that still owe the deductible. I probably will never use abra again.

Professional workmanship

Everything from the scheduling to the service went really well!! I am impressed how promptly my windshield was repaired.

I was mostly satisfied. Your work seems solid, and the installer was a good guy. The only thing the rub me a little wrong is that I had just vacuumed my truck the night before, and had to go back and vacuum it again to clean up the mess after the installation. Taking an extra 10 minutes to clean up well after the installation is a little thing, but it's the difference between a company I am going recommend to my friends and associates and just another glass installer.

Technician was very courteous and prompt. Explained things well. Thought that over all, all things were very good.

There must have a problem when installing the windshield because a piece of my car is now falling off. It wasn't before the installation. I would have preferred if the gentleman working on my windshield would have been honest & forthcoming with this information, but other than that the young man that came out was on time, polite & did his job very well. I was very pleased with the office staff. They worked me in as soon as possible. Which was critical due to the fact that I live in CA & not in Utah where the work was done.

Very talented tech probably with lot of experiences, I certainly recommend you guys for my friends and family.

Front seat to used a vacuuming afterwards but I am otherwise satisfied.
