The only concern was the glass techs didn't have the right windshield and needed to go to the warehouse to get the right piece of glass. That's a waste of my time and loss of income to your company. Dispatch or the techs should verify the glass needed before leaving the shop. Otherwise, the techs were very cordial, did a great job on the installation, installed the glass quickly and cleaned up before leaving. I also got a piece of OE glass at a reasonable cash price installed without insurance involved. I would definitely recommend Abra for glass replacement.
