The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of the questions that my husband and I had regarding the repair. The only thing I noticed once the technician had left, was he put the wrong odometer reading on the receipt. The mileage he wrote down was from the next service sticker that was on the inside of my windshield, not the actually odometer reading. I don't know if that is important or not, but other than that, we were very satisfied with the outcome of the work performed on our vehicle.
