I was not informed prior to "repairing" my glass that there was a possibility of it cracking more, when Jasin was working on my windshield (later found this out via a phone conversation) he did notice it cracking more as he chipped at the "star". He did not inform me that this happened or that the crack was much larger now. He had me sign he did the work and left. It was not till I went to lunch(I'm at work during this) that I noticed how much worse it was. I spoke with a Jenny today that told me oh that can happen sometimes and nothing we can do. I am appalled that a small star in my windshield is now a star with long cracks on multiple sides.i am further more upset that another worker for same company informed me I should have been made aware prior to him working on it that this could happen. I would not have done it if I had known. I would like for this company to make this right. Just a simple credit to my insurance doesn't help me. It doesn't cover a $250 deductible to possibly have to have the windshield replaced now. It is before the holidays and I am already stressed and struggling after just losing my sister and having to help take care of family. I would never have done this if I knew this could happen. Not to forget he said he saw it crack as he was chipping and did not stop and inform me and ask if I wanted him to continue. Now my question to you is how will you make this right?

It would have been nice to know that I could not drive my car a hour after I installation because I had not taken lunch so I had to wait the hour for him to install and then a hour after.

I have one concern that only time and weather will answer.

The technician who replaced my windshield was awesome and I would highly recommend him. However, I was very frustrated by the time it took to order my windshield and the extremely poor communication from your company during the process.
