The guy that came out was great and called twice before making it to my house which was probably the best service I have had and then professional and works fast and let me know as soon as everything was completely. I was told that the needed parts were in stock and the repair would be completed while I was out of town, but was then told when I called back that the parts would not be in and it would be longer. When I got back in town, I called (because. I one had called me) and was then told someone should call me by the next day and schedule. Two days later I called back again and was told the parts were there and the service could be scheduled. So I was without my car for a week longer than expected. It had to be recalibrated after the windshield was replaced so I had to leave it at the dealership.

I will be calling during normal business hours. And my first appointment, they did not have the right windshield. They told me they would be back at 8:30am on Thursday. It did not show up until nearly 1 p.m. I was told to wait 30 minutes until driving the vehicle. Waited about 45 minutes and drove. The windshield makes noise as if it's moving around at even the slightest bump in the road. I have already taken out nearly two days of work and now need to take a third.

Frank was pleasant and on time. Repair was fast and looks better; assuming that it will last longer (impossible to tell, I know -- but he said it comes with a lifetime warranty). SO overall very pleased. This repair gives me peace of mind.

Brad was very Professional and kept me informed on his time frame which I greatly appreciated because I am a insurance agent and had a client to meet and was able to do so due to Brad's communication on his time frame. He did a great job above and beyond. I say this because I showed him another unknown chip and he Immediately took care of it as he explained the process. Great work/job and will definitely recommend ABRA to all my friends and I have tons in the auto industry.

Glenn was beyond amazing. Did a fantastic job; well energetic. Great guy! Had my Cavalier looking brand new. I work for geico, and we’re contracted with Safelite.. but,I pick ABRA over any company any day.
